  • After Ewe Farm - Offers grass fed lamb (ground, sausage, leg, chops, etc.), pelts, yarn, and roving.
  • Glenn & Elly's Farmette - Rhubarb in spring, trees, small amounts of produce grown organically on the farm. Will be distributing recipes to prepare rhubarb.

  • Karen's Sweets - We provide all Occasion Cakes and Sweets. All of our cakes are made from scratch using the finest ingredients and our candy is made from the finest chocolate.
  • Karibean Kappra Body Care Solutions - All-natural, hand-made body lotions and body butters
  • The K-9 Caterer - Gourmet pet treats made with all natural ingredients in various flavors, shapes, and sizes. Also specialty pet cakes and gifts. We are a collection location for The Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley. Learn more about them at www.animalfoodbanklehighvalley.com They are looking for monetary donations as well as donations of pet food, flea and tick medicine, and other pet supplies.  .
  • LC's Farm Alastar- We grow all our produce without pesticides. Our produce is seasonal and weather dependant. This year they are growing: 1. European style gourmet vegetables – lettuces, salad mixes, watercress, peas, arugula, mustards, cucumbers, beans, squash, carrots, potatoes, tomotoes, peppers, eggplant, onions, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, kale, etc. 2. Named varieties – herbs (cut fresh and plants), 3. Cottage garden cut flowers, harvest wreaths, designer Christmas greens and wreaths, 4. Fruit – blueberries, currants, raspberries, quinces, pears, Asian pears, apples, and persimmons.
  • Marie's Soap Co.- Handmade soap and skin products.
  • Mostly Aloes - House plants like aloes, kalanchee, wandering jews, cactus, and more.
  • Pappy's Orchard / Lisa's Kitchen - Offering fruit – Apples, peaches, plums, nectarines, pears, persimmons, blackberries; Bakery Items – Jewish apple cake, pound cake, shoo-fly pie, funny cake, fruit pies, cookies, and dog bonz; and Fruit ButtersApple, peach, plum, and pear.
  • Quartz Hill Farm - A quality grower of herb plants and gouret vegetables with a focus on customer education. Owner Scott Kresge has been growing and lecturing on herbs and vegetables for nearly 20 yrs. They carry a selectin of gourmet and niches vegetables for the discerning customers & all products are produced 100% by Quartz Hill Farms are propagated on site and from vegetative cuttings and seeds.
  • Rolling Pin Pastries - Featuring jewish Apple Cake, Hungarian poppy seed roll, Danish pastries, buttercake, scones, cookies, quick breads, homemade whole wheat bread, French bread. Dog bones also!
  • Rush Apiaries - Honey, pollen, propolis, royal jelly, and bee products. Some garden vegetables.
  • Saylors & Co. - Smoked meats, dips, homemade chips, prepared foods and hot sandwiches.
  • Trauger's Farm Market - Various seasonal fruits and vegetables including broccoli, strawberries, sweet corn, peaches, apples, cauliflower, watermelons, cantaloupes, zucchini, string beans, sweet potatoes, garlic, onions, potatoes, leeks, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, lettuce, limas, beets, and carrots. Also available are brown eggs, flowers, vegetable and herb plants, fruit pies, and more.
